How does one get food poisoning?
Food poisoning is defined as an illness caused by the consumption of food or water contaminated with bacteria and/or their toxins, or with parasites, viruses, or chemicals. Food poisoning can also be caused by not heating or reheating the food to the correct temperature to rid of any lingering bacteria.
